  - Captioned Telephone's next generation
  - 24-hour-a-day service is offered at no cost
  - No special equipment needed - just a phone (wireless, cell, landline) and a computer (laptop, PC) with Internet access
  - Captions everything spoken to the WebCapTel user, and displays it prominently on the user's computer screen
  - Allows the user to print and save conversations
  - Spanish WebCapTel is available for Spanish-to-Spanish calls.*
    * Hours are 7am to 11pm Central Time, every day
